Delivery

We deliver to Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain. Not every product goes to every country: the Country menu of each product's order form lists the countries where that product can be delivered, and a product that cannot reach your country has no order form.

We hand confirmed orders to the courier within 1–2 working days of the confirmation call. Transit then usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on the country. If a parcel has not reached you within 30 days of the confirmation call, you may cancel the order and owe nothing.

Our call centre gives you the tracking details on the confirmation call, or whenever you ask: write to support@briconook.com with your order reference (it starts with BK-) and the phone number used for the order.

The courier tries again or leaves a notice. You can write a convenient time in your address line. A parcel that is refused or not collected comes back to us and the order is cancelled at no charge.
